Board of control for cricket in India is new fitness rule declare for team India.

New fitness rule-

India team all players running time trail complete 2 km running in given time.

Types of fitness rules-

1. For Batsman,wicket-keeper & spinners-

For Batsman,wicket-keeper & spinners are complete 2 km running in the 8 minutes and 30 seconds.

2. For fast bowlers-

Fast bowlers are running time trail complete in 8 minutes 15 seconds.

3. Yo-yo test-


Yo-yo test minimum level is 17.1 for all categories players of team India.
